Food & Beverage Hostess in Dubai

About the role

The Food & Beverage Hostess ensures a warm, welcoming first impression for guests at the hotel restaurant. You will support the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager in delivering high‑standard service and maintaining smooth front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, manage seating, and ensure the entrance is never unattended.
• Set up the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours, including table setting and basic cleaning.
• Present menus, make recommendations, take orders, process payments, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain personal grooming standards and uniform appearance while on duty.
• Assist with regular training sessions on guest care, product knowledge, up‑selling, and grooming standards.
• Support the Assistant/Restaurant Manager with any tasks outlined by them.
• Contribute to achieving the monthly revenue budget and control operational expenses.
