About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join the Southern Sun Abu Dhabi team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, handling reservations and walk‑ins.
Present menus, wine lists and promotional offers, answering guest queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor and uphold hygiene, safety and environmental standards.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records in the reservation system.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
