About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team at Anantara Downtown Dubai. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest reservations via phone and email.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
- Monitor table turnover to optimise seating efficiency.
- Support overall Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction and business results.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations, preferably within a luxury hotel brand.
- Familiarity with LQA standards and high‑level guest interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Reservation management (phone and email).
- Guest greeting and seating coordination.
