Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

A leading private estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to direct all dining and beverage operations. The role demands a high level of discretion while delivering premium service to principals, family members, and distinguished guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the estate, ensuring top‑tier service, quality, and presentation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the service team.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, meal service, and guest dining experiences.
• Plan and oversee formal dinners, family gatherings, VIP visits, cultural celebrations, and special events.
• Conduct regular inspections of service areas, pantries, dining rooms, bars, and back‑of‑house spaces to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage staffing, duty rosters, and resource planning for operational efficiency.
• Control departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Train the team in luxury service etiquette, formal dining protocols, international service styles, and VIP hospitality standards.
• Prepare operational, staffing, inventory, and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including a leadership role within a private estate, royal household, family office, or luxury residence.
• Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette, international service styles, VIP hospitality, and luxury service standards.
• Proven experience managing high‑profile events and private functions.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
