Food & Beverage Server (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Server (Female) to join our team at Palazzoverde Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Keep the service area clean, organized and well‑presented.
• Upsell menu items, daily specials and promotions.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, ingredients and presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
