About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert will deliver memorable guest experiences at the Aqua Pool Bar in JW Marriott Dubai. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless service from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain a clean and inviting service area.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and bar stations.
- Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and handle transactions.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality controls.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving supplies, and navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related Food & Beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
