About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert plays a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests at Sheraton Dubai. Working on the restaurant floor, you will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support the kitchen and service teams throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, linens, and service stations according to hotel standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance, and moving safely on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
