Food & Beverage Supervisor – Atrium

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor for The Atrium ensures seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction within Westin Dubai Marina. You will lead a team, maintain operational standards, and act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal dining service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and uniform compliance.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, and securing the area.
• Manage storage organization, enforce FIFO practices, and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room flow, seating availability, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Process work orders for maintenance and ensure timely repairs.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company safety, security, and food‑service policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising food‑service teams in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce standards.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
