Food & Beverage Supervisor – DoubleTree Resort, Dubai

About the role

Join the Hilton team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and be the face of hospitality for our guests. You will lead daily banquet and event operations, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude in all guest interactions and proactively enhance their stay.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas across F&B outlets.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details and updates to all relevant F&B teams.
• Manage event breakdown and proper storage of equipment for subsequent functions.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, positive attitude and effective communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
