Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the delivery of restaurant and room service orders at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring prompt, courteous service and total guest satisfaction. The role involves managing a team, maintaining service standards, and handling daily operational challenges in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise prompt and courteous delivery of all restaurant and room service orders during shifts.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and enforce Anantara service standards.
• Train, motivate and maintain a highly skilled staff, ensuring consistent uniform and performance standards.
• Manage revenue and check control procedures, and maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Handle daily associate relations such as scheduling, time adjustments, and resolve operational issues like call‑outs or last‑minute bookings.
• Maintain proper associate uniform standards and ensure quality product presentation.
• Coordinate station rotation and repair/maintenance programs through work orders and inspections.
• Encourage problem‑solving and empowerment among associates through effective training and communication.
