About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations at W Hotels in Dubai. You will assist with table setup, kitchen support, cleaning, and supply replenishment to create a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and maintain clean work areas.
- Replenish supplies and stock items as needed.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance.
