About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is offering a full‑time Food & Beverage Trainee Internship. The programme is designed for current university students who want to gain practical experience in hotel F&B operations and immerse themselves in Marriott International’s hospitality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily service operations across restaurants and bars.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and inventory checks.
• Learn and apply health, safety and hygiene standards in a hotel environment.
• Interact with guests to ensure high‑quality service and gather feedback.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings and on‑the‑job coaching.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in hospitality, tourism or a related field.
• Strong interest in hotel food and beverage management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
