Foreman – Civil (Bridge Maintenance)

About the role
The Foreman will supervise daily civil works for bridge construction, maintenance and rehabilitation in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, efficient execution of all bridge‑related activities while meeting project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil works such as concrete repairs, structural repairs, formwork, reinforcement and waterproofing.
- Allocate manpower, tools and materials, read and interpret construction drawings, method statements and work instructions.
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards and HSE compliance; conduct regular site checks and report progress to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress and site activities; support inspection and rectification tasks.
Required profile
- Technical qualification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related trade.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman on bridge projects in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
