Foreman - Facade Installation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Foreman – Facade Installation to lead our facade installation operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal supervisory role you will oversee all aspects of facade projects, ensuring exceptional quality, safety compliance, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site facade installation teams, guaranteeing work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources efficiently, and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect work at various stages to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Communicate progress and issues with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment and coordinate procurement with vendors.
• Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Document project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience in facade installation.
• At least 2 + years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD documents.
• Valid safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) and First Aid certification.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
