Foreman – Special Foundation Construction

About the role

BAUER International FZE is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead special foundation construction sites across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise every step of the construction process on special foundation projects.
• Order site materials and guarantee timely delivery to the work area.
• Control daily production, labour and operator performance while maintaining QHSE standards.
• Record and verify working hours on daily time cards.
• Manage traffic flow, plant and equipment within the assigned work zone.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in special foundation work.
• Proven ability to manage site labourers and understand HSE requirements.
• Basic mathematics knowledge and ability to read shop drawings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.
