FP&A Manager – Construction & Engineering

About the role

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its construction and engineering operations in the UAE. The role supports senior management with strategic insights, performance monitoring, and decision‑making support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Provide scenario modeling and financial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s, CFA, CPA or CMA a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A.
• Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
