About the role

Culture Vitale is seeking independent facilitators and creative coaches to design and deliver immersive sessions that blend art, wellbeing, and personal development. As a freelance practitioner, you will propose your own programs, set rates, and connect with clients through the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead interactive or passive workshops, retreats, and experiential sessions.
• Propose and market your services on the Culture Vitale network.
• Set your own pricing and manage client relationships directly.
• Collaborate with a global community of artists, coaches, and wellness experts.

Required profile

• Professional experience in cultural, artistic, or wellbeing practices.
• Ability to facilitate group activities, workshops, or therapeutic sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑management capability.
