Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Millennium Place Barsha Heights. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, confirm reservations, and escort them to their rooms.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently using the hotel’s front‑office system.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process incidental charges with precision.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Uphold privacy standards and protect guest information.
• Stay informed about daily rate and occupancy levels for informed decision‑making.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
