About the role

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering a wide range of guest services throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
Address guest requests, provide local area information, and resolve operational needs.
Complete daily reports and documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑desk environment.
Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to quality standards.
Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and lift objects ≤10 lb.
