About the role

Join the award‑winning hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait in Dubai as a Front Desk Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, verify details, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications with care and urgency.

Required skills
