About the role

Join Rosewood Abu Dhabi as a Front Desk Supervisor and play a pivotal role in shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure. You will lead a team of front‑office associates, ensuring warm, intuitive, and efficient service while upholding the brand’s high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, guaranteeing flawless check‑in, check‑out and guest service delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, train, support and guide front desk associates to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements for accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures, guest security protocols and hotel standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, accounting and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of front desk experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury property.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solutions‑oriented in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
