Front of House Supervisor – TGI Fridays

About the role

The Front of House Supervisor leads the restaurant’s guest‑facing team, ensuring smooth service, high standards of cleanliness and a memorable experience for every guest. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen and bar teams to maintain TGI Fridays’ brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations, monitoring service quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and motivate FOH staff during regular and peak periods.
• Assist with staff scheduling, deployment, training and performance follow‑up.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to guarantee accurate and timely food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, food safety, hygiene and inventory procedures.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, quality and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and UAE food safety regulations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or casual‑dining environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or restaurant qualification is a plus.
• Positive, approachable, dependable, organized, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and extended periods of standing/walking.
