About the role
Our Front Office Assistants go beyond simple check‑in and check-out. They create memorable, unique experiences for guests by delivering a wide range of services throughout the stay. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative, ensuring each transaction feels part of the overall experience. They must uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect assets and present a professional uniform while moving around the property.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests and provide information about local attractions.
- Deliver seamless check‑in and check-out experiences.
- Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
