Front Office Cashier – Entertainment Center

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Office Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests at our entertainment centre in Dubai. The role combines reception duties with cash handling, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional manner, answering inquiries in person, by phone or via WhatsApp.
• Handle admissions, registrations and booking requests for parties, events and daily visits.
• Process cash, card and other payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Issue receipts, maintain transaction records and prepare basic daily sales and cash reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable reception area.
• Promote centre activities, packages and special offers to guests.
• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and escalate issues when needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or cashiering is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
