Front Office Driver – Guest Services

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for a proactive Front Office Driver to welcome guests at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience while supporting transportation needs across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, open car doors and escort them to the lobby.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and respond to guest queries.
• Perform handovers between shifts, sharing relevant information with the next team.
• Drive the hotel car or bus for guest trips, airport transfers, and crew transportation as required.
• Control and safeguard guest car keys, maintain the key cabinet and parking areas.
• Forward any guest complaints to the manager on duty and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking spaces and support overall public relations.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in front office or hotel transportation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Holder of a valid local driving licence and knowledge of UAE traffic laws.
• Well‑presented, outgoing, and able to stay calm under pressure.
