Front Office & Education Operations Executive

About the role

The Front Office & Education Operations Executive will manage day‑to‑day operations and administration of VRAcademi’s academy, ensuring smooth functioning of the centre and acting as a key coordination point between students, parents, instructors, management and school operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑office operations, act as primary contact for students, parents and visitors, and handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person.
• Coordinate daily and weekend class schedules, prepare classrooms and labs, track attendance and support make‑up classes and schedule adjustments.
• Handle admissions, trial sessions, onboarding, maintain accurate student records and liaise with sales and accounts on registrations and payments.
• Oversee office administration, maintain physical and digital records, manage inventory, stationery and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, security, IT and safeguarding requirements, maintaining required documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years experience in school, academy or similar educational environment, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong organisational, follow‑up and communication skills with ability to work independently.
• Professional, calm and solution‑oriented attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn and use student‑management or CRM systems.
