About the role

Join the Front Office team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. This internship offers a real‑world look at guest services, reservations, and daily front desk activities in a vibrant international hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the front desk staff with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, both in‑person and via email.
• Support reservation handling and room allocation under supervision.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update front‑office logs.
• Learn to use the hotel’s property management system and other front‑office tools.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Required profile

• Current university or college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work full‑time during the internship period.
