About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join our Front Office team at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. This internship offers a practical introduction to hotel operations and guest services within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist front desk staff with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle telephone inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Support reservation and billing processes under supervision.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a reputable Hotel Management school or university.
• Strong passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with a professional personal presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
