Front Office Receptionist (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are looking for a professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, clients and staff at our Abu Dhabi property. The role requires a warm, courteous demeanor and the ability to manage multiple communication channels in both English and Russian.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails in English and Russian.
• Schedule appointments, manage executive calendars and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
• Arrange travel, process expense reports and handle mail and package deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and support overall office operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Follow security protocols and keep accurate visitor logs.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service orientation with a professional and friendly attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
