Front Office Supervisor – Dubai Motor City

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join the Park Inn by Radisson in Dubai Motor City. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the overall performance of the front office department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of the front office, ensuring guest journey standards are met.
• Lead and collaborate with the team to maximise guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Support departmental strategies, deputise for the Head of Department when absent, and foster a culture of growth and performance.
• Control costs and inventory, meeting productivity and performance targets.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
• Develop and deliver a guest engagement programme, including environmental and conservation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a front office position, preferably within a hotel.
• Adaptability to changing service environments.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality.
• Creative problem‑solving, personal integrity and excellent communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and manage multiple priorities.
