Fulfillment Team Lead – E‑Commerce

About the role

The Fulfillment Team Leader oversees daily e‑commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and handed over to the last‑mile delivery team while maintaining high standards of freshness, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day fulfillment activities including picking, packing, marshalling and dispatch.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial, IT, customer service and last‑mile teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain dark‑store organization, stock levels, cleanliness and proper cold‑chain and segregation standards.
• Monitor on‑time dispatch, accurate quantities, proper packaging and quality control to minimise damages.
• Identify and resolve logistics, operational and system challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in e‑commerce, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Strong operational and commercial knowledge with cross‑functional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse/distribution systems.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience using Salesforce.
