Fulfilment Manager – E‑Commerce Operations

About the role

The Fulfilment Manager will lead the day‑to‑day execution of Majid Al Futtaim’s e‑commerce operations, overseeing picking, marshalling and dispatch activities. The role ensures timely, fresh and high‑quality deliveries while coordinating with stores and third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce fulfilment operations, including picking, marshalling, dispatching and last‑mile delivery.
• Lead internal fulfilment teams and third‑party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and picking rates, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure stock availability, dark‑store organization and coordination with commercial and IT teams.
• Oversee delivery accuracy, quality control, proper packing standards and cold‑chain compliance.
• Manage customer service, returns, cash handling and on‑time order fulfilment.
• Plan and allocate resources such as vehicles, drivers and workforce to meet demand.
• Control operational budgets, reduce costs and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, e‑commerce fulfilment, logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Proven leadership managing fulfilment teams and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
