Full Stack Developer

About the role

Proxym Middle East is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead digital transformation projects for banking, insurance and public‑sector clients in Dubai. You will design and implement scalable web applications, building both high‑performance front‑ends and robust back‑end services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Create responsive front‑end interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and implement back‑end microservices with Node.js and Nest.js.
• Build, secure and integrate RESTful APIs with token‑based authentication.
• Manage database schemas and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience building full‑stack web applications, preferably in fintech or enterprise digital projects.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, database optimisation and software testing.
