Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end development of web applications. The candidate will work independently, own modules from design to delivery, and collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications.
• Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop, integrate and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design database schemas, write optimized queries and ensure data integrity across SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug and improve application performance.
• Enforce code quality through reviews, testing and best practices.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with experience in React, Angular or Vue.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Java or .NET.
• Proven ability to build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with Git version control; cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
