Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and handle concerns efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Assist with set‑up and break‑down for events and services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
