Full‑Time Reformer Pilates Instructor – UAE

About the role

The Reformer Pilates Instructor will lead group and private Pilates sessions across our Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah studios. You will create an inspiring, safe environment that motivates clients and supports the overall studio operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class Pilates and fitness classes (2‑4 per day) and private sessions.
• Maintain studio safety, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Foster a sense of community within the recreation and lifestyle department.
• Assist with scheduling, team management and occasional recreation‑lifestyle administrative duties.
• Support the studio’s operational goals, including basic P&L awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a certified Pilates instructor (Level 2 or Level 3).
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Physically fit, well‑presented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to engage with diverse clients and adapt to changing schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with administrative software systems.
