Future Leader Programme – 13‑Month Aviation Rotational Program

About the role

The Future Leader Programme is a 13‑month full‑time rotational experience designed for UAE nationals who aspire to senior leadership in aviation. Participants rotate across Finance, Revenue/Commercial, Operations/Network and HR, gaining deep exposure to Etihad’s business model and senior executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four 3‑month rotations in critical airline functions, delivering on objectives set by rotation managers.
• Undertake foundation airline training, including IATA certification and airline operating model education.
• Participate in data analytics and data visualization training to support decision‑making.
• Develop and present a strategic project to senior leadership, demonstrating business analysis and innovation.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least 24 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and a desire to build a career in aviation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives, mentors and sponsors.
