FX Sales Conversion Agent (Korean)

About the role

We are seeking a Korean‑speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join a fast‑growing forex and CFD firm in Dubai. You will be the bridge between high‑quality leads and active trading clients, using consultative sales techniques to drive conversions and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading accounts through consultative sales.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximize client conversion rates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay informed on market trends, trading products, and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
