FX Sales Conversion Agent – Mandarin (Dubai)

About the role

The FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) will promote the company’s Forex and CFD products, converting high‑quality leads into active trading clients. You will build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients while delivering a high level of service throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active traders using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance.
• Stay updated on market developments, trading products, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Mandatory experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Proven background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Computer literate with solid knowledge of standard office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms.
• Good understanding of global financial markets and online trading products.
