FX Sales Retention Agent (Tagalog)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international Forex brokerage as an FX Sales Retention Agent. You will work from our Dubai office, promoting FX and CFD products to Tagalog‑speaking clients, building lasting relationships, and driving portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD offerings to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to increase client retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active, loyal trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market conditions, product updates, and trading platforms.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Tagalog, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry.
• Background in a retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.
