FX Specialist

About the role

As an FX Specialist at Emirates NBD, you will provide advisory services on foreign exchange products to internal and external stakeholders, delivering expert guidance on currency transactions, hedging strategies, and market trends. You will manage client relationships, develop tailored FX solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the bank’s FX product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on FX products, including currency transactions, hedging strategies, pricing benchmarks, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Head of FX Products to develop tailored solutions and launch new propositions.
• Conduct regular training for frontline staff to improve FX product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance FX product offerings.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights on currency movements and risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market trends and FX product performance for senior management.
• Ensure smooth execution of FX transactions and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in foreign exchange advisory, client relationship management, or a related banking role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in FX or financial markets are a plus.
• Sales‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of client service.
