Gastroenterologist – Full‑time position in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our internal medicine practice in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide patient‑centered, holistic care while working in a collaborative, efficient office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a patient roster by delivering compassionate, comprehensive gastroenterology care.
• Assess patients, diagnose conditions, and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Perform clinical examinations, in‑office procedures, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications, calculate dosages, and educate patients on proper use.
• Document patient information accurately in both paper and electronic systems.
• Conduct follow‑up visits to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Supervise and train medical staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and continuing medical education activities.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible gastroenterologist with a patient‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, holistic care.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to confidentiality.
