Gear Station Associate

About the role

As a Gear Station Associate you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Miral Experiences' climbing attractions. You will ensure a smooth flow of equipment, guide visitors to the correct zones, and maintain a safe, organized gear station environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Verify check‑in, payment and signed waivers before equipment release.
• Provide guests with the appropriate gear, cards and information for their activity.
• Track, arrange, inspect and record all equipment moving through the gear station.
• Collect, scan and verify daily documentation related to rentals.
• Assist instructors when needed, including translation, preparation and escorting of guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the gear station and report any facility issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in customer‑facing or equipment‑rental roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to assess guest abilities and allocate equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines.
