General Accountant

About the role

The General Accountant will join Hilton’s finance team in Dubai, supporting the finance lead with training, development and day‑to‑day financial operations. The role is focused on building a robust control environment and contributing to EMEA finance innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance lead in training and developing finance professionals.
• Support the implementation of finance projects and innovations across EMEA operations.
• Analyze large volumes of complex financial data to produce reports, forecasts and projections.
• Identify and mitigate potential financial issues proactively.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including hotels and owners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to work with complex financial information.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all management levels.
• Ability to develop problem‑solving skills in team members.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
