About the role

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare statements of accounts.
Record invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Apply UAE VAT and corporate tax rules to financial data.
Maintain accurate ledger records using Tally.
Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
Familiarity with Dubai accounting procedures and standards.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

Tally accounting software.
Advanced Excel.
UAE VAT compliance.
UAE corporate tax handling.
Accounts payable and receivable.
Bank reconciliation.
Journal entry preparation.
