About the role
A leading real‑estate and construction firm in Dubai is seeking a General Helper to join the team immediately. The role supports daily site and warehouse operations, handling materials and assisting the crew with routine tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and arranging construction materials.
- Support warehouse, site, or operational teams with daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Help with packing, sorting, and handling of materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Handle materials carefully and adhere to workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other general duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Immediate availability to join the workforce.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to five years of relevant experience.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of 2,000 – 2,500 AED.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
