General Manager – Automotive Protection Solutions

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company specializing in premium automotive paint protection film (PPF), window film, and related solutions. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations across the UAE and GCC, drive sustainable growth, and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, finance, HR, administration, and supply chain.
• Build, manage, and motivate a high‑performing team while fostering a strong company culture.
• Develop B2B sales channels and nurture long‑term relationships with distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the UAE and GCC.
• Establish operational policies, KPIs, and management systems to improve efficiency.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
• Report directly to shareholders/owners on performance, strategy, and operational progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of senior management experience, including at least 5 years in a General Manager or Business Director role.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, accessories, PPF, window film or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, sales management and organizational leadership.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budgeting and P&L management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Familiarity with UAE business practices and labor regulations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
