General Manager (CEO) – Dubai

About the role

LEGXIS Investment is seeking a General Manager to work closely with the Founder and drive the next stage of organisational and operational development. This senior leadership position will oversee multiple innovative projects spanning sport‑legends technology, agriculture and real‑estate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, translating objectives into clear plans, responsibilities and processes.
• Coordinate development of three current projects, managing budgets, timelines, partner agreements and milestones.
• Establish reliable management reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow planning.
• Prepare operational and commercial foundations for planned project companies and support their establishment.
• Coordinate team members, project partners, service providers and external specialists.
• Support the Founder in strategic partnerships, financing processes and international expansion.
• Identify operational risks early and ensure decisions are documented clearly.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally building or scaling international companies or projects.
• Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, financial control and cash‑flow management.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different business models in a structured, results‑focused way.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, SPVs or international partnerships is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in English.
• A degree in business or a comparable qualification is welcome, though demonstrable leadership and execution experience are most important.
