General Manager – International Lead Sales (GCC)

About the role

Godrej Properties is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead International Sales across the GCC region, based in Dubai. You will shape and execute the sales strategy, drive market development, and lead a high‑performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the international sales strategy for the Dubai market, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Identify growth opportunities and create tailored go‑to‑market plans based on customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define market‑entry and expansion strategies.
• Set ambitious team targets and develop roadmaps to exceed them.
• Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team, establishing clear roles, performance metrics, and development plans.
• Foster a high‑performance culture driven by ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
• Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international markets, onboarding and mentoring new partners.
• Oversee high‑value international client interactions, including site visits and deal closures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in international sales, preferably within real estate.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute market‑entry plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
