Accor is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high‑profile luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role demands a visionary leader who can drive commercial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring standards of luxury service and brand excellence.
• Develop and execute revenue‑generation strategies to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multicultural team to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including owners, partners, and local authorities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, preferably with Abu Dhabi exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership with a passion for talent development and culture building.
• Experience managing complex operations and large, multicultural teams.
